Why structure beats cleverness

Weak prompts fail for boring reasons: the goal is vague, the context is missing, the source material is absent, the expectations are unstated, and the format is left to chance. The model fills every gap with assumptions, and the output shows it.

G-C-S-E-F closes the gaps mechanically: Goal (what you want), Context (who this is for and why), Source (the material to work from), Expectations (quality bar, constraints, what to avoid), Format (the exact shape of the output). It is not the only prompting technique we teach, but it is the one that pays for the whole program on day one.

The curriculum is built for exactly that audience. Sessions assume zero technical background, run on plain language and live practice, and the department labs work on each team's actual daily tasks, not abstractions.

Tutorials teach tool features to individuals. This program builds organizational capability: shared vocabulary, governed data boundaries, department-fit workflows, verification habits, and a platform plus champions that make it stick. The failure mode of self-serve learning is precisely what this is designed against.

That is the default, not an option. Sessions run on the AI tools you actually license, examples come from your departments, and the governance module is written against your data classes and policies.

Very little: it is a lightweight static site that deploys to your existing web infrastructure or an inexpensive cloud service in under an hour. No database, no per-seat licensing, no vendor dependency. We hand over the code and the keys.

Three layers: knowledge-check scores on the platform, capstone workflows shipped into real use, and the before-and-after time cost of the tasks those workflows replaced. We define the measurements with you before the first session.
